Incorrect preferred size in tabpage widget

The tabpage widget's preferred size is calculated improperly- each tab also includes the height of the tabs before it. This is because the hidden tabs are actually below the visible tab but with size zero. The preferred size calc doesn't take into account this size zero, or for that matter any forced sizing. This can be fixed by making the preferred size calculation properly take into account the sizes set with PG_WP_SIZE.
